Insightful Interview

Stephen King answers questions and explains the process he experienced writing "Bag of Bones". He is very generous with other writers as he talks about how he developes the different characters in his books. His love for reading as well as writing becomes evident. He also discusses the advantages of listening verses reading. If you are a fan of his, you probably love his art of painting the pictures as well as the off center reality he creates. The interview gave me a new perspective and a new appreciation of the art of writing. I hope you enjoy it too.

Informative and... Fun.

Strength: I enjoy hearing authors talk about how they write their novels. Stephen King is very informative and interesting as he discusses writing the novel Bag of Bones and audiobooks in general.

Weakness: If you haven't read (or listened) to the novel yet and plan to, there may be spoilers, listener beware! I also have to agree with another reviewer:

YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE THIS INTERVIEW. If you purchased Bag of Bones and have not yet listened to it thoroughly, this interview is at the end of that book.

Worth hearing...possible Bag of Bones spoilers?

This interview is closely related to the audiobook release of Bag of Bones, and the novel is the primary subject. I have not read (or listened to) the book, so much of what King talks about went over my head, and some of what he said may reveal certain surprises in the book. But as long time King fan, it is definitely worth downloading, especially when one account for the cost :)

Cool!

After listening to this interview, I bought every King audiobook read by King himself...

He Can Write

I enjoy hearing SK talk about how he writes and what inspires him. When he addresses issues that are not in the field of writing, he often shows glaring logical fallacies and frankly idiotic thinking.
