This book is short but powerful. It addresses a much needed subject and human attitude flaw we all have: selfishness. If you are hurting in ministry I highly recommend this book. It will help you turn your attention and faith back to God where it belongs.
A wonderful rendition of the story of King David from the Old Testament. All should hear this, man, woman, follower and leader. The moral inclinations abound; who really understands the power of the Lord and what it is that we must do. Listen carefully and ponder to what is mentioned in each part. Take heed to the words of the Lord and if you are lucky enough you might hear and answer.
Absolutely loved it!! I recommend it to all followers of Christ. If your part of the Kingdom, you need to read this!
I have always been fascinated with The Life of King David, but this here, a read dramatization gives introspection to His Heart and those around Him, and more importantly possobly GOD'S thoughts towards us. I am a new fan of Gene Edwards fact-based fiction and literature, and Paul Michael oration.
If we as the church (GOD's people), could learn this simple and most profound truth, we would truly be recognized by the world as the church and initiate the change we all seem to want.
For many years I have wondered if my heart was cursed or designed to carry...I now understand my David's heart and the purpose behind the gift of its design. What I once thought was a burden workout cause, I now understand to be the process of unveiling God's diamond in the rough-the diamond of submitting through faith & trust in response, thought, and choice.
