A very good read
I really enjoyed all the knowledge in this book. However I wish she would have spent more time on the "how" to get there and not so much...."do it anyway"

Don't listen to the nay sayers
As someone who constantly lives in fear for most of my adult life, I needed to hear this book. This book is potentially life changing if you allow it to be. Sometimes others are willing to shoot the messenger before they even listen to the message. If your looking to be entertained (rather comming in with an open mind and willingness to learn), then this book isnt for you.

Sound is fine! Book is Great.
They’re not many books on the market with regards to fear! Susan Jeffers book addresses many of the issues people have with fear. I think the book is great.

Ok
Some people complain about this being only 2 chapters out of 12, but for me this was more than enough. The first chapter was all I needed to hear. The sound quality was ok.

The Recording is Cheesy But I Like it Anyway
This is a great book and I do not mind the recording, I almost didn't buy it seeing comments that some listeners didn't like the recording. It's a little cheesy, but this is also a book from a different era. I like the recording, It's expressive. It reminds me of sitcoms in the 80s and when life was simpler with a good announcer and a predictable laugh track. I am glad I bought this book anyway. I was AFRAID the recording would not be good, but I purchased the book ANYWAY. See what I did there?
