An ok start.

I love listening to the narrators. This was a quick listen that ends in a cliffhanger. I would of liked a little more build up between the characters it seemed a little too instant. I was having a little bit of trouble connecting with Lauren she comes off a bit flat and then she seemed to get her backbone to get turned around again. Hopefully in the next book she can redeem herself. Can't wait to hear the next part of the story.

Just okay for me

I liked this book, but don't think that I realized it's part of a trilogy rather than a standalone. And while I don't mind reading more books about these two, I wasn't in the headspace to commit to all that right now. So needless to say, the (non)ending took me a bit by surprise that we didn't get an HEA. I've bought the audiobook boxset, so I'm sure I'll read the rest of them at some point, but I'm not really in a hurry to do so anytime soon.

Heartbreaking, heartwarming, heartbreaking

I absolutely love Tracy Lorraine's books! She writes great storylines with wonderful characters. I enjoyed it even though stepbrother romances are not a favorite of mine. Because Tracy Lorraine writes so well, I can't help becoming invested in the characters. The emotions.... Gah! I was all over the place emotionally. And even though I hate cliffhangers, I've learned it's well worth the wait. So Although I already know the outcome, it still pulls at my heartstrings and I cannot wait to start the next book.

Rachel Woods and Jake Bordeaux are excellent narrators. They completely brought this story to life. Their performances were perfection. Beautiful job. I will definitely want to listen to this again.

Tracy Lorraine is one of my favorite authors and yet again she wrote a book that did not disappoint! This sexy step brother forbidden romance had the chemistry sizzling off the pages. && That cliffhanger!!! Ahh I need more ASAP!!!

Great start to the forbidden series

I enjoyed the start of Ben and Lauren’s story immensely! It did take me a bit to get warmed up to the female narrator but after a bit I really started to enjoy her performance. The male narrator’s voice was soothing and I probably could have listened to him talk all night.

The story itself follows adult step siblings living at home that have started to develop feelings but Lauren’s father will never approve of them. This story brought the heat and drama that I would expect with a storyline based off a forbidden relationship with a step sibling. I am so excited to jump into book 2!!

Love the forbidden

I loved listening to this book! Tracy Lorraine is an amazing author and this book did not disappoint. It has all the forbidden romance that I love with so much more packed into this book. I can not wait to read/listen to the next book. The narrators also did an amazing job with this book.
