Good book for beginners
I blindly purchased this book hoping to find a book that would give me basic knowledge on essential oils. I hit the jack pot! This book goes essential oil by essential oil and lists what it is best used for as well as some simple recipes using that oil. There are more recipes at the back of the book for you to refer to. I think this is an ideal book for beginners!

My Favorite book for Beginners!
I purchased this book along with another book for beginners, this is by far my favorite! The book explains everything you need to know being a beginner without being too boring. It has a lot of information that I am sure I will be referring back to for quite some time!

Well-written for the essential oil follower
This book is the perfect way to get started if you have always wanted to make your own gifts or enhance the mood in your own home. Each perspective chapter highlights; the history of essential oils and how they work, how to purchase, use and store essential oils safely and lastly, how to make your own-- including ingredients and recipes.

Great intro to essentisl oils.
This was first book I listen on essential oils and helped me understand what they were and how to use. Great recipes. Gave me the courage to try essential oils. So glad I did. I am a new person. Even others have commented on how relaxed I look, less in pain.
