Bible for Humanity

loved it. i went straight through and enjoyed it very much . it helped me reflect and release a lot of tension in my body. i teared up after doing the breathing exercises, not out of sadness but just a reaction of the body to the expansion of the lungs. gonna do the technique every day. i loved the entire book. great value. ill pass this down to my sons if i have any one day. its a great book to point you to find your purpose but your purpose cannot be your woman. i play cello and i feel thats my purpose. the breathing technique is helping me release tension which is improving my fine motor skills and agility when i play my instrument. the book also shows how to avoid fights and how to understand women and how they work.

Eye Opening...

Very insightful. I liked the view into the male perspective on relationships including the masculine aspects of God.

A deep book

At first I was like "huh"? After listening to it a few times, it's made sense. He's assuming your level of understanding of the world is similar to his.

Once I figured out his assumptions, the book was easier to digest. If you don't have time to put into listening and thinking deeply about what he is saying, then move on.

If you found this material interesting you should look at David DeAngleo and/or Hypnotica.

heavy

Not ment for recreational reading. Ying&yang- this is some 3rd eye, spiritual+nature stuff. The concepts are intense explained pretty well. i listened to it twice. it doea not rely on scientific data to persuade.
