Abby King has a secret fantasy.
New York knows Nathaniel West as the brilliant and handsome CEO of West Industries, but Abby knows he’s more: a sexy and skilled dominant who is looking for a new submissive. Yearning to experience a world of pleasure beyond her simple life as a librarian, Abby offers herself to Nathaniel, to fulfill her most hidden desires.
After only one weekend with the Master, Abby knows she needs more, and fully submits to Nathaniel’s terms. But despite the pleasure he takes in Abby’s willing spirit, the Nathaniel hidden behind the rules remains cold and distant.
As Abby falls deeper into his tantalizing world of power and passion, she fears that Nathaniel’s heart may be beyond her reach - and that her own might be beyond saving....

I've always been a avid reader so now I'm a avid listener. I prefer the paranormal genre but I do like to switch things up. It's boring if you don't have variety. Of course I do love the romance and the hotter the better. Also, you can't beat a good thriller filled with suspense and a ending you can't even guess at until the very end.
If it's on sale yes, but save your credit for something better.
There's nothing to make this book stand out. The male character isn't as dominate as I think he should of been especially in a book titled in this manner. Also, this is a trilogy, but at the end it doesn't leave you wanting more. Like I stated eariler, this would be a good one to get on sale. This is not a "WOW" book.
This was an ok read for me. It's your typical Dom/sub relationship book. I really don't have much more to add.
I is one the same line as fifty shades but better. Totally different story line.
The Sex scene in the football stadium is my favorite.
This book made me laugh
Probably not. It isn't something I would listen to over again unless it was a read for the book club or something.
I don't have a memorable moment. I just liked how the book gets into the story from the start.
It made me want more and want to know more about Nathaniel. I quickly started book 2 right after.
its a good read but don't exspect anything substanial
rare books collection scene so hot, the fact that they could get caught at any moment
It was a very good story.
The second first time he collared her.
This book made me cry when she left him.
My only problem with this book was they kept pronouncing the word library as liberry.
This is a typical sub/dom book that did not really take you to the next level. The storyline was the usual girl wants dominant and dominant wants a new sub. Abby is inexperienced at being a sub and Nathaniel is going to teach her the ways. I did not really get their connection and it took a while to truly be drawn into the story. Nathaniel loses a bit of his Alpha male qualities for me and this messes with the chemistry between him and Abby. I did not like that he would not sleep in the same bed as her. It came across as cold and uncaring rather than him doing this to assert his dominance. I am glad that the book ends and you don’t feel like you have to read the next book. I am not really into reading the same book from Nathaniel’s perspective (which is the next book in the series). For that matter I am not sure there needs to be another book. I did not hate this book but it was jut mah for me. I don’t think I will be reading the others.
Love is a pretty strong word. Abby, Abby, Abby - you wanted the sub lifestyle, so suck it up and take your licks. A couple of scenes were pretty hot; Abby made sure she got her 8 hrs after her first real punishment.
The obvious one 50 shades.
No, but I listened to all 3 of this series and she's pretty good.
It's All Fun and Games Until You Break a Rule.
First book was a little too vanilla for me. A Dom that doesn't loan or share his sub? Well I guess it's possible.
I loved this book! I would recommend it to anyone who has a taste for the other side of relationships if you know what i mean :)
I loved the bestie Felicia who - was her tell it like it is conscience.
I really did like the narrator. Due to my own issues I struggled every time I heard the mispronunciation of "library". It became irksome and a distraction to the story especially with the frequency of usage.
