Beverly Holland is romantically involved with an older businessman Eric Fox. He gives her everything she craves - except for sexual satisfaction. Frustrated, she picks up sexy stranger Dante at a hotel bar and engages in a steamy one night stand. She unaware of his intentions or the danger she is in from an unlikely source.
Eric is a hired killer who murdered Dante's brother. Dante is out for vengeance at any cost. What he hadn't counted on was falling for the gorgeous Beverly and wondering how that might impact his mission. Eric is a jealous man and has no intention of ever letting Beverly go - especially into the arms of another man - and live to talk about it.
Lust, lies, sex, betrayal, revenge, and murder mark this gripping, erotic urban thriller that will keep listeners tuned in till the heart pounding conclusion.

I liked the audio version of this btter than the book
The romaance, suspense and how the narrator really made th listner feel like they were apart of the story
When Dante realized who Beverly was and her boyfriend Eric
Wouldn't rename the book
I highly reccommend the Hitman's Women excelent story.
A High School Jr. or Sr.
I will read other books in this genre, but definitely not by this author
She sounds like a little girl talking dirty.
All of them. There is no character development and most of the characters are not believable. The women characters (including the female FBI agent) are ditzy, have no personalities and have no interests beyond having sex and finding a man who can take care them. The gangsters in the book are laughable (i.e. World Dumbest Criminals). There is very little variety in the sex scenes (regardless of the participants). Like Diane, I'm trying very hard to finish.... Don't know if I will.
I should have read the comments instead of just looking @ the stars. Appears the rating was based on one review. If you like to be mentally stimulated and challenged when you read a "Thriller".....do not waste your credits/money on this book
The narrator is so hard to listen to. Absolutely the wrong choice for a book like this. She sounds like a 16 yr old on her first job. In checking other titles she's narrated...I was right..this is her first.
The storyline itself is pretty good..so far, it makes me want to keep going to find the outcome, but the combination of the narrator and the writer's choice of certain words keeps you from getting into it. These are criminals - gansters in an urban metropolitan city and the language is that of kids. As a an "Erotic Thriller", you certainly don't expect to hear the clinical words used for sexual body parts...this making the "steamy" sex scenes unbearable....that mixed with the 16 yr old reading it makes me give it 1 star.
Couldn't really get that far into it.
A narrator with experience reading these types of books.
Disgust! I want my credit back.
Save your credit. Get the paperback so you don't have to listen to a kid read it to you.
