Another orginal concept!

This is book 10, the story of Moon. Moon as you may remember was the easy going guard who helped Obsidian out when he first woke up. I loved the Moon character, he was so level and down to earth, great character.

At the end of Shadow Moon was shot by a dart, it wasn't an ordinary dart, he didn't wake up okay, he woke up feral. The NSO doesn't know what was in the dart and doesn't know how to help Moon. Only one person ever really got through to to Moon and that was is former therapist Dr. Yards, they contact her to see if she will come and help.

Dr. Joyce Yards was the therapist for New Species when they were first rescued. She loved her job but felt herself drawn to Species 466. Rather than wait to see what would or could happen between them she made the choice to leave her job and start over. When the NSO called to say one of her former patients was in trouble and they needed her right away she dropped everything, certain they would only call her for one person. This time, she would not give up on them.

We got to read about the past, the present, and swoon a bit more over the character of Moon. I really liked this book but the who done it/why factor fell a bit flat, but I still loved the story.

Great for credit/sale/buy!

Good, but it is one of my least favorite.

Not my favorite of the series but still a decent story. I think that Moon & Justice were my least favorite of the series so far. The romance wasn't there, sure it had sexy times but you only get a small glace of their falling in love when they first meet and that wasn't much. LD tells you they fell for each other but she doesn't show you, that makes there love hard to swallow. This audio didn't have the next book's first chapter, which I think is a mistake on the publisher/authors part because now that I have listened to the last 10 books basically in a row I need a break from them and without the teaser it is easier for me to stop for a while. I will be finishing the series though eventually. Same narrator, she does a good job.

I really liked Moon's story but there was too much that was left out that he needed to tell his mate. Otherwise it was pretty great!

Still love this series, like a supernatural soap opera! Narration very good and consistent, makes picking up the series easier if I am away for a time.

Enjoy this whole series, but i've been getting a bit tired of the repetative anti-species kidnappings. This book has a unique plot and looks back at Moon's time immediately after being saved from Mercile - these flash backs are interesting. Really enjoyed!

I remember he was such a sweetie from the other books... and no he is not 247...the book we are all waiting for....I though his best bud was someone else...not Harley... but whatever...

This book was great... quite similar to the other New Species books... but thank goodness no anti-NS people from the outside tried to kill Moon's Mate this time... just her own client!

It was a good progressing drama, with some hot smexing...

I still don't like Trisha... in any book... she is just a twat!

Totally worth a buy, credit or sale if you have invested in the other books...

WELL, I WAS OVER THE MOON WITH THIS ONE

If you're already a fan of the series then this will be an auto download because you know what you're going to get..... a once caged, hot and very Alpha DNA altered half animal/human male finding, claiming and sexing his mate. But there's always plenty of growling and snarling going on because each storyline throws in lots of drama, intrigue, hot sex, action, threats and misunderstandings for the ever growing New Species enclave.

466 (aka Moon) has been shot with a toxic to New Species drug and his old Psychiatrist Joyce is called in to help him. 466 and Joyce were mutually attracted to each other however her ethics stopped her from taking things further. But now, two years later, her regrets, along with 466's mental instability puts his life in danger, which forces her down a very different path..... one that gives him plenty of physical as well as mental help.

Worth a credit? I love these books, yes they get a bit repetitive, but after a few weeks I'm rubbing my hands together eagerly awaiting the next one. This was a great story with some action, emotional and sexy parts however other stories have been hotter but that doesn't stop it from being a very creditworthy listen.

Moon is so awesome the is joking ways this story is just so good . Every sentence will make you wonder what will happen next to this couple.

Love the series

While I agree with some reviewers that this writer sometimes draws things out a little too long, and makes all of the characters look like complete idiots in an attempt to draw out suspense after the reader has no doubt already figured out the "big surprise" plot points... All in all, this series is awesome. Love the characters. Especially in the last few books where the winning formula is changed in only good ways. I recommend this to anyone who like romance involving small women with large, dominant men.
