An unexpected love story of sorts...

For me this was the story of a willing sex addict, who fell in love with her "master". I love the way the story transcends between normal and taboo. An unexpected love story for sure. The story captured and held my attention throughout.

This story was a bit over the top for ME. It was very well written and the narration was great. This was my first with this author and narrator. The M/s was a bit..too much for my tastes. But it was tastefully written, I think.
I did request this free audiobook and am giving an honest review voluntarily!
If you are really into M/S, then you should really enjoy this story!!!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I listened to this book as it's not my usual genre. It was interesting but it just felt like Elektra was being abused all the time even if she thought she enjoyed it. This book was okay but I definitely didn't love it.

Marquise de Sade style pain and humiliation

There are many erotica parts, but not being a sadist or masochist, the extreme levels of abuse in the story line did little for me. That said the story was very well written and I would love to read a book with a similar plot and a slightly less depraved protagonist.

Amazingly detailed story

Sometimes memories can become vague and hazy this telling of a memoir as remembered by an elderly and intellectually cognitive lady is rife with detailed descriptions that are presented better than most I have heard. Cudos to the author Billierosie, and the narrator sweetly sensual_Sara on delivery.

Raw submissive sexuality in many contexts

The theme of the main character’s insatiable desire to be objectified, penetrated, humiliated and publicly sexually enslaved is brought to life. The reader is just OK.

Memories Are What Keeps us Going!

This is a compilation of different memories of a sex slave. Although some her memories and scenes were extreme, her feelings and experiences were captivating. Her stories of what she went through, her feelings were interesting.

The story goes back and forth between here present life and her memories. Were she is now and how she goes on day by day remembering her past life.

I wasn't impressed so much by it, but thats me, It doesn't mean that it isn't right for someone one else.

I had a lot of issues with it stopping and freezing.

Memoirs of a Sex Slave

I expected a bit more from this book. It is a quick listen that goes from past to present day continually throughout the story. An elderly woman in a facility is remembering her past as a sex slave. We are given snippets of her life as a slave and how she felt and some of what was done to her. There is no distinction between the past and present. One sentence she is remembering an event and the next we are talking about the facility. It is not hard to distinguish which is which, but it does get tiresome just getting small bits of information at a time. It would have been nice to have more depth to the story and characters especially with the twist it takes in the end. It would have been interesting to know what happened to the players in the beginning of the woman’s life who started her on this path. Narrator Sweetly Sensual Sara keeps the narration flowing but there is not a lot of emotion or inflections to her narration.
