73 and learned so much!

Such valuable information. Wish my husband and I had read this book 45 years ago. The gentle explaining of the wedding night. As both virgins, we had no clue what we were doing in bed. We fumbled along and developed a rewarding sex life out of love for each other. We didn’t bring God into His plan in our bed. Then I had a stroke this year and this book brought no desire for sex into a deeper meaning in our sexual relationship. Very well written message.

Amazing transformation

Absolutely loved the book. Very easy to understand and explained in a systematic manner. It caused an explosion in our sex life and marriage. As for me it helped me drop my usual inhibitions and shyness and I was then easily aroused. It also helped me overcome any resentment I had towards my husband and helped me several him better.

Very helpful, and straightforward information!

I listened to this book with my husband of more than 25 years. We both enjoyed it and learned some new things. The speaker was clear and very entertaining.

Ever timely

Ever timely book of medical truth with Spiritual wisdom regarding sex, love and marriage as valued in the Christ centered home. I gained more understanding and confidence for this book to be used as a resource with my family.

Life changing to the extreme.

I wish I could have read this book as a 20 year old. How much richer my life would be right now in my late 40's. Even so, I have been moved in so many deep areas through this book that its difficult to describe in this review. I will say to all men, READ THIS! I promise you have been looking for these insights your entire married life.

Essential reading for every couple!

Nearly every couple alive will benefit from this work. I recommend it for ages 18 to 80. Updated in 2010.

Worse Piece of Sex Advice Yet

Besides the narrator droning on in a tone as if making certain not to excite anyone, the information isn't even Biblically based. There were scriptures mentioned, but then there were statements made that were given as if they were "Biblical counsel" but only showed just how much the author really didn't know what he was talking about when it comes to sex and women.

Just one among other examples: the author states in Ch. 1 that man is the head and lover in his marriage, while the wife is "the help and responder" in the marriage. I have no issues with the man being the head of his marriage and his wife being his help as the scriptures say.

The part where the man is named as the lover and his wife is simply the responder smacks of ignorance as to what women are as sexual beings in or out of marriage. I totally cannot recommend this book for sexual guidance in Christian marriages...or otherwise. It completely misses the mark.

Not what I expected

The book was not what I was expecting, I did not intend to learn about anatomy. Some of the messages are very good, however I could not finish the book because the reader and content bored me. I felt as if I were in school for some of it.
