Alicia Wilder is tired of being shielded from the world by her over protective brothers. Trying to prove she can handle the vampire war gets her mauled, bit, kissed, shot at, and oddly enough, living with three very sexy vampires, one of which started the vampire war in the first place. When she finds herself going into shifter heat, Alicia realizes her safety net may be her undoing.
Damon moved in with his brothers for one reason: the girl that had staked him and left him for dead was living there under vampire protection. When they wind up saving Alicia's life more times than he cares to count, Damon decides someone needs to get her under control before the little she-cat finally finds a way to escape him by getting herself killed. Jealousy becomes a dangerous game when she goes into heat and begins attracting more than just monsters.

Yes, because the series is AWESOME!
The angst between Damong and Alicia. Yum!
The dialogue. She did a great job portraying the characters.
Danger is often very seductive...
The series is getting better but the constant shouting has got to stop. Normally, narrators pull back from the microphone when raising their voice, not shout directly into it. I have a constant headache while listening to this series.
The whole book blew me away.
I loved Damon and Alicia and the book was named well!
With every book she gets better and better just like all other narators when they first start out.
Next book in the series please!
I don't know where to start. This is the first time ever that I haven't been able to finish a book, not even by fast forwarding. Even bad books I finish wanting to know what happens at the end. True, I have skipped parts in a book and just moved onward towards the culmination. But, with this book, I couldn't even stand to do that. Nothing in the story and narration worked for me. Nothing! The narration has a sorta sound-in-a-tunnel sound that I've been able to avoid thus far. There are books out there that sound worse than this one. But that just added to the yuckiness of my experience with this book. I think the narrator over-acted at times too. It was unbearable. But I couldn't get into the story either. And finally, I just didn't care. I figured life was too short to waste doing something I hate even when I've paid for it. I haven't listened to anything by this author before, and I will never again. Everyone's allowed some mistakes in life. I suggest you not follow me and make your purchase of this book your mistake. But, to each her/his own.
! Love to listen to jazz, r/b and listen to erotic or a good paranormal sci-fi and " good narration is everything"
The narrator is absolutely horrible.Don't waste your credit or cash! Sorry I bought it just a waste of money I just deleted it
I like the story and series but the sound quality and narrator are terrible. Not to mention the odd music.
