Beautiful but a tear jerker

If you are looking for sexy smut, then this is the book for you. As long as you are okay bawling your eyes out and going through an emotional hurricane as well. From the reviews, I had an idea of what I would be getting myself into but I still wasn’t prepared for this beautiful and heartbreaking story. The flow of the story was done in such a fashion that made it that much better. Now excuse me while I cry over the hole this book left in my heart.

I loved Hart's writing and I loved this book.

not a happy book but maybe worth it

This book was not an easy listen but if you need a good cry or a reason to appreciate the life you have this is your book. A hard listen but well written and well delivered

This was the most unusual and enjoyable book under the erotica platform that I have read in the 2 years that I have listened to. I completely appreciate the complex structure of this story. Well done!

Not what I thought it was going to be.

Where does Broken rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This was a very refreshing book, great story line, good characters, lots of twists and turns.

erotica with emotional sensitivity

The book has a natural flow of sexuality and emotional sensitivity. I like the narrator's voice which greatly enhances the storyline. Strongly recommend it to listeners that prefer a well written story first and erotica second. Recommended.

Great read

This story shows that love and happiness take many forms. Very great story. Very unpredictable storyline.

Fantastic

Megan Hart Broken, was hard to put down. I didn't wan't to take a break, this one even made me cry. Love it!

A good vehicle for erotic shorts

So, like her other shorts, the short episodes were pretty hot. But unfortunately, there was a lot of shallow quadriplegic knowledge to make it ok to kill off her husband. (Sorry for the spoilers) this was kind of offensive and insensitive. Also, the story’s reader was ok but not fantastic.

This book is full of sadness and truth, that some people may live. But for me when I choose to read or listen to a book I am looking for a get-a-way from my normal life. A fantasy, a romance I have not experianced in a long time, not something I want to cry over. Something so sad and full of sorrow mixed with erotica. Megan Hart is one of my most fav authors I own more hardbacks than audio of her work but this is the first I have been more sad over than any others.
