Publisher's summary

It's been months since Brian Sinclair, lead guitarist for the famous rock band Sinners, composed anything. Unable to write the music that once flowed so naturally, Brian is lost without his musical mojo. But when sexy psychology professor Myrna Evans comes on tour to study groupie mentality, Brian may have found the spark he needs to reignite his musical genius. When lust turns to love, will Brian be able to convince Myrna that what they have is more than just a fling, and that now that he's found his heart's muse, he doesn't want to live without her?

Enjoyable and spicy

Spicy throughout 4/5🌶️.
Story was a 3/5.
Narration was 4/5-female narrator was a bit flat and slow so I listened at 1.5x speed.
The storyline has more potential than the final product but was interesting enough to keep me interested. Very spicy…which helped.😉
One big annoyance was that the FMC was a professor of human sexuality … but was shocked/surprised/unknowledgeable about well…most things sexual.

lots of hot sex found here!

I found the sex scenes in this book very HOT! However, the storyline felt a little slacking. I wish they could combine more story with the sex scenes. I was interested in all the characters and was slightly disappointed not to found out more about them. If your looking for a book with great sex and a simple story this book is definitely for you! Happy Listening!

Hot Hot Hot!!!!

Where does Backstage Pass rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It ranks among the top. Though I'm not a fan of rock n' roll, I could totally imagine this band and all the sex episodes between them. It was crazy but I'm sure all this goes and and more with groupies on a tour bus.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Master Sinclair was my favorite. A hopeless romantic rock star who wears is heart on his sleeve??? You gotta love em'... The scondary characters were good too so I can't wait to learn more about the others.

Which character – as performed by Justine O. Keef – was your favorite?

No one in particular. She did a good job distinguishing all the voices.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It was funny, sexy, erotic, skanky, etc... all that rolled into one.

Any additional comments?

What a Story!

It is rare for me to re-listen to a story right after I've heard it., but the story was wonderful (maybe I just loved the hero and the heroine) and the narration by Justine O. Keef is just over the top. She certainly MADE this story come alive. Great job all around.

Great new series

OK, thanks to this book I have another favorite author to add to my list and another favorite genre to read - rocker romance. Loved this book, love the Sinners and look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series. Loved the interaction between the band members and between Myrna & the band. So happy she was able to rise above that awful, sick, disgusting, ex-husband and so happy Brian never gave up on her and them. And I loved all the humor! Found myself laughing out load a lot! The scene where Myrna makes them clean the bus is hysterical. Hope this continues in the rest of the series. I listened to this while exercising - it helped me increase my time, distance and frequency. Kept me wanting to walk more so I could listen more! LOL

For Fans of Naughty Books With A Bit of A Twist

What made the experience of listening to Backstage Pass the most enjoyable?

It's been months since Brian Sinclair, lead guitarist for the famous rock band Sinners, composed anything. Unable to write the music that once flowed so naturally, Brian is lost without his musical mojo. But when sexy psychology professor Myrna Evans comes on tour to study groupie mentality, Brian may have found the spark he needs to reignite his musical genius. When lust turns to love, will Brian be able to convince Myrna that what they have is more than just a fling, and that now that he's found his heart's muse, he doesn't want to live without her?

This was a different take on the current batch of erotic romances. The 'ins and outs' of a rock band made it interesting. Not sure how realistic (as I've NO affiliation with any musical talents) but this is a fun, escape.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Backstage Pass?

The ending...ahhhhh. (No spoilers!)

Have you listened to any of Justine O. Keef’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, she does a fantastic job with both female and male characters.

Any additional comments?

Some of the scenes and behavior were a bit outrageous-but hey!

Definitely for mature readers-explicite sex and strong language.
