Another excellent story from RE Hargrave!!

For anyone looking for an erotic BDMS story, look no further. RE Hargrave definitely knows her stuff! I am really looking forward to the last book. I cannot wait to get my hands on it! I feel like I am so invested in Jayden and Catherine's journey so far, and I love it when that happens.

"My favorite part about this book....the characters enjoy the bdsm lifestyle just because they enjoy it, no one is turning the another person onto it and no one is doing it because they have a bad past! This is what I always see in these type of books and this was such a refreshing change! This story was hot, details were plenty and characters were well developed. The ending has a bit of a cliffhanger but it's not a terrible one. Very enjoyable and would definitely recommend it. This book has a little bit for everyone when it comes to erotica!

The narrator was great for the female roles but I don't love her male voices. She wasn't bad at them, I just didn't think they fit the characters. I would have loved it even more if it had been dual narrated."

I would also add for this book that it was VERY HOT! A little bit of everything from whips to piercings from F/F to M/M and everything in between! Can't wait for book 3 on Audio!!!

A Divine Life

I love this trilogy. This book is just as good as book 1. The chemistry is explosive, and the sex is erotic and kinky. Hollie Jackson does a wonderful job giving each character a distinct voice and accent. I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a good BDSM story.

Oh... my... goodness.... I am writing this 2 seconds after finishing the book and am at a loss for words. I love the turn the 2nd book has taken. I can not wait to start the last book!~

I don't want to ruin anything for anyone so I will just say, Catherine is taken through an amazing journey of ups and downs but I can say both Jayden and Catherine learn a lot through the span of this book.

I can feel amazing things coming in book 3.... Can't wait!

Trilogy- Book Two

This is the first series I've read/listened to by R. E. Hargrave. I received codes for book one and three and bought this book. As I mentioned in book one's review, it took time to warm up to this story, but I ended up being completely invested in Jayden and Catherine's romance as well as the other characters in this world.

This audiobook concentrated on two days of Jayden and Catherine's lives. I have mixed feelings about it. My heart went out to Catherine. I believe I would have struggled just as much or more as she did. This book was intense and almost completely sexual. There was MM, FF, FM, FFM and more. At first I couldn't decide if this book was all sex and no real value to the storyline. I have decided that it shows how the two cemented their love for one another and was glad I bought it!

Hollie Jackson once again did a great job narrating this book. She has a smooth voice that did both male and female voices well.

Excellent Audible book

You need to read/listen to the first book in this series to get the full experience of this book. Elizabeth has fallen for Jayden, but she still fights the demon of her previous dom. Jayden is a dom that has never let himself become emotionally attached to any of his subs until Elizabeth. I love how the author has taken us on this journey with this couple. It has not always been easy but I feel that makes it more realistic. Now Jayden must decide if he can give up his other subs. Here the author shows us a man who cares for the people in his life. He is willing to set aside this dominant nature to let Elizabeth experience some of her erotic dreams. I fell in love with these 2 characters in book one and love them even more in this book.

Once again the narrator allows the listener feel the emotions of these characters. I love her Irish accent for Elizabeth. She has distinct voices for the characters.

I asked to receive this Audible book in exchange for an unbiased review. If you like BDSM books that depict how true doms should behave, this is a must read. It is erotic and very sensual. I highly recommend this Audible book.

So much can happen in 2 short days!

So much can happen in 2 short days! This book picks up right where the first book ended and the entire story takes place in a 48 hour period. So much happens in those 48 hours that it is hard to believe once you finish the book.

Jayden proves to be the perfect Dom in this book by doing everything in his power to make his sub happy and fulfill her fantasies. With the way this book ended, I thought that maybe it was the end of the series. I am happy to find out that there is a 3rd book for this great couple. I cannot wait to read more about their life and relationship both in and out of the lifestyle.

Be warned, the scenarios in this book are graphic and not to be taken lightly.

Intense story

This the second book in a trilogy so I recommend reading the first before starting on this.

It’s a intense story and I was like one long scene. It’s full of emotions and we get another bit of Cathrine’s story and that was heartbreaking.

The build up til the ending is steady and exiting. For me it was a HEA, but I know it’s a third book so who knows what happens...

I feel like I know the characters well by now, but it’s still lacking something to make them realistic to me.

Narrator:
In the previous book I felt like the narrator was clinical in the reading, maybe I’ve gotten used to the voice because this time it felt like there was more feelings behind the words. Still not the best but good. Clear pronunciation is making it a good listen.

Great Continuation

What a fantastic continuation of Jayden and Catherine's story. Her emotions and feelings went through a lot during her time at the spa. I understood her worry about the reasoning behind the spa day and panic that he found out she broke an important rule.

Jayden showed a lot of transformation in this one. As a man who had kept his emotions tucked away, it was intriguing to watch him open up.

I could feel the love between them in this one. I enjoyed the hot scenes mixed in with their inner turmoil. This BDSM erotica has a nice little love story mixed in. I enjoyed Hollie Jackson's narration just as much as in the first.

Better second installment

The second installment in the Divine Trilogy. Catherine’s Dominant has decided in order to provide for her, he needs to release her to experience others.
This story is much better than the first one. Maybe because I know the characters now from the first book. The narration was very good by Hollie Jackson, although some of the pronunciations are distracting.
