Leo Coyote nació en Rubín-Sarria, Lugo, en 1958. Novelista bebedor y cocinero, en la actualidad reside en Barcelona. Es considerado un tipo huidizo y algo peligroso. Algunos comentan que se dedica a la literatura para expiar sus culpas. Asegura haber conocido a todos los personajes que pueblan sus novelas, pero todo el mundo sabe que ha vivido mezclado con ellos durante mucho tiempo.
