The scattered Tribulation Force is drawn inexorably toward the Middle East, as are all the armies of the world, when human history culminates in the battle of the ages. During the last year of the Great Tribulation, safe houses are no longer safe, and the cast of characters dramatically changes. By the time of the war of the great day of God the Almighty, the globe has become a powder keg of danger. Except those already in Petra, everyone has been forced to relocate as Antichrist ratchets up the pressure in the world's most treacherous game. Who will be left standing when the battle leaves the Tribulation Force on the brink of the end of time and the Glorious Appearing?

Armageddon, as well as all the books in the Left Behind Series, are about love, tolerance, and the belief that Jesus Christ died for our sins. It's a simple concept and you don't have to agree with it to enjoy the books. The characters are complex, the technology is advanced and the storyline keeps your attention. There's nothing racist in these books, when you consider the diversity of the core group of people, you see just the opposite. These books show that everyone brings something to the table, everyone has something to offer, and sometimes you just have to stand up for what you believe in, even if that means risking your life.
I have had the good fortune of listening to all the Left Behind: An Experience in Sound and Drama books through Audible. This series has been an absolute delight. What a treat! Armageddon was equally enthralling, especially the chaper concerning Chloe and then Buck. I can hardly wait for the sequel, The Glorious Appearing: An Experience in Sound and Drama! Wow. What a joy!
My language may seem "harsh" but it is impossible to review this without being revolted. This series is hate-filled, racist, vicious garbage which promotes religion-based discrimination and is filled with sanctimonious "holier than thou" claptrap of the worst and most virulent type. I only gave it one star because the system requires it. Pity there isn't the ability to give negative star ratings! Don't waste your time or your money. Your time is better spent volunteering in a soup kitchen and your money better spent giving to good causes if you feel the need to fulfill your spiritual self.
"Excellent Story Spoilt by Poor Sound Quality"
Having listened to Left Behind on radio, I eagerly purchased four of the dramatic audio-books from Audible. Despite being supposedly available in different quality download formats - from low to high fidelity - I discovered they are only delivered in 32k mono format, thus spoiling the impact of the dramatisation.
