Basic
The author may be a highly paid consultant, but the book is just basic, obvious advice with hardly any instruction on how to DO any of the things advised.

Felt like an ad - with a tiny amount of refresher type info
For as short as it was, I wasn’t expecting a lot. But I didn’t expect it to be mostly an advertisement.
