Saving my life.
I am a therapist working through my own traumas and have been working with my fellow humans within systems for 10 years now. Jennifer articulates everything and it is validating to integrating my parts into a whole, rehumanizing myself, healing on deeper levels regardless of barriers on all levels of my life. This is the first time I’ve felt no shame in grieving what I couldn’t put words to.
