Sad this is the last book of the series
I’ve truly enjoyed listening to these books. Each one has had me hooked from the first sentence. I like how they books are set in real places and how my imagination is able to really come to life while listening.

Lite Fare
After reading some very deep dark & long murder mysteries, I find I need a break and enjoy Joe's Matt Davis series of books. They are not intense however they do hook you in right away and I generally finish a book in a day. This book reminded me of a Tony Hillerman Novel. He was one of the best mystery writers and described the western landscape in such a rich and poetic way. Joe, you may have something special with Matt and Chris working together. It almost made me want to fish!
