Ein neuer Freund aus dem tiefen Meer
Die Regenbogenprinzessinnen verbringen mit Joni und Lunah einen Tag am Meer. Zusammen haben sie eine tolle Zeit: Sie bauen Sandburgen und probieren ein neues Wurfgerät aus, dass Lunah sich ausgedacht hat: einen goldenen Ring, den man sich zuwerfen und fangen kann wie einen Ball. Das macht richtig viel Spaß! Als der Ring aber zu weit hinaus über das Meer fliegt und darin versinkt, fragen die Freunde sich, wie sie ihn wieder herausbekommen können Zum Glück eilt ihnen ein Meeresbewohner zur Hilfe: Der Meermann Aquasius.
Yva hat Angst vorm Fliegen
Joni und Lunah machen mit Noyals Hilfe Flugübungen mit Yva und Lovi, um deren Flugkunst zu trainieren. Lovi ist begeistert und macht alle Flugmanöver die ihnen Noyal vorfliegt begeistert mit. Als es jedoch darum geht, eine schöne Figur über einem großen See zu fliegen, will Yva das einfach nicht tun. Lunah, die die Sprache der Tiere versteht, kommt dahinter, dass Yva Angst hat, über das Wasser des großen Sees zu fliegen, an dem die Gruppe übt.
