Marooned in a sprawling farmhouse in Norfolk, teenage Linda Radlett feels herself destined for greater things. She longs for love, but how will she ever find it? Loved every minute
The words are just fantastic. The story rips along. Not boring for even half a second. Congratulations to India for this sensitive beautiful fun and joyously well expressed novel. A brilliant modern re interpretation of “The pursuit…”

I never wanted it to end
Bravo to both India Knight and Sophie Winkleman for a brilliant partnership of writing and reading. How I laughed! Just the thing for a rainy day or a long drive to lift the spirits and make all right with the world. To be on repeat forever.
