Jon Law is boldly brilliant, weaving an intricate balance of research and personal experience into one compact masterpiece of personal development. As Law so eloquently outlines, "Leadership is is not a skill. It is a bundle of skills packaged together and working symbiotically." In his book -scribed with genius flare - you will discover which of the 7 Deadly Sins of Corporate Leadership you are guilty and receive the education you need to actually fix the bad habits and behavior. I found his chapters on cognitive flexibility vs. cognitive rigidity mind-blowing! Light-bulb moment in understanding the remedy to stagnation is the ability to switch between different concepts and adapt behavior in changing environments. Cognitive flexibility is a key skill to enable learning, problem-solving, creativity and innovation. This new-found way of thinking has rocked my world as a Creative Director in the ever changing climate of events and event leadership. On a performance note, the author's read is AWESOME!
