"Turn your wounds into a message..."

This book is interestingly written. The author braids his personal story with the structure of story writing and the patterns found in God's writing of our stories. He shares wisdom with humility and encouragement. Only two chapters in, I found myself looking back, trying to pin particular experiences. By the middle of the book I was hopeful that what I've considered a burden of fruitless endeavors could actually become a purposeful pursuit. One not simply for my benefit, but possibly even for the good of others and the glory of God. I think many of us want more out of life, and I believe Connecting the Dots can help shift people in the right direction.
