This Grammy Award winner for Best Comedy Album of 2006 captures the famously angry comedian Lewis Black in a live performance at Carnegie Hall. Recorded in 2005, Black's incendiary, expletive-laced rants include topics from the political to the mundane, ranging from then-President Bush, gay marriage, and Terry Schiavo to the mysteries of Candy Corn. Aided by the pleasing acoustics of the legendary Carnegie Hall, Black's delivery is raw, sarcastic, and hilarious, making for an unforgettable and viscerally funny live comedy experience.

"This edition of Black's series of nonstop standup tirades...captures him on all eight cylinders, full-steam ahead." (Rob Theakston, All Music Guide)
Lewis Black is out of control with his stand up at Carnegie Hall. Nothing is held back and his raw and unexpected humor is addicting and hilarious.
I love the fact that not only can you download and listen to your favorite audiobooks, but the performances of your favorite comedians too.
Not the strongest performance Lewis Black has given, but still a good one. I really liked the part where he talked about having to edit his act for the Congressional Corespondents Dinner.
If this is going to be your first album, get "Rules of Enragement." Otherwise this is great Lewis Black album to add to your collection.
He has done better in the past
yes, because i have enjoyed some of his other stuff.
I think i may have smiled once or twice, but Lewis can do better.
An avid reader, who also loves to listen.
I didn't want to get this audio selection as I have already watched his HBO special several times but as I found out, the uncut version, which this is, is completely worth it!!!
