In Seriously Funny, Kevin Hart's best material is focused on his family, as he discusses being a father and the differences between him and his wife. It should be well-worn territory - and it certainly aligns him with more old-school comics rather than the envelope-pushing styles of his peers - but Hart gives it a fresh angle through the sheer exuberance of his delivery. Hart's presence is like a freight train, and it's nearly impossible not to get bowled over by his contagious energy. He has an immensely likable persona that makes Seriously Funny a serious treat.
If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen! In this case, the kitchen is the "judgment free" stage of the Allen Theater in Cleveland, where funnyman Kevin Hart mixes his sassy charm with several dashes of brutal honestly in his latest album, Kevin Hart: Seriously Funny.

its a belly full of laughter...there was never a dull moment. There should be a Seriously Funny part II
When his mom gave permission to curse-out the teacher
Made me laugh just as much as the TV version. Great if you loved this stand up and want to listen on the go.
"Really funny book"

I wanted to give this 10stars... It was seriously funny!!!! Loved every second of it and I couldn't stop laughing. Ive listened to this more than once and find it extremely funny each time.
This book is a must have. It is really enjoyable and fun to listen to.
"Seriously, it's Pretty Funny"
I decided to listen to this after watching and enjoying the DVD, and although some of the gags are pretty visual, the strength of Hart's performance means that this show doesn't lose out in audio.
A listener can quite easily visualise the expressions and gesticulations associated with each skit/story, and some comedy can be found in these silly imaginings, too. I found myself having to stifle giggles in public places more than once. Kevin Hart's definitely one to watch over the next few years - he rocks a Dave Chappelle-esque humour, too - never a bad thing.
