It would be damning Aziz Anzari with faint praise to say he's likeable, given the insight, the skill, and the sheer hilariousness he brings to his quirky observational comedy. But sorry, Mr. Anzari. It'd also be true. Whether he's talking about his geeky cousin's unlikely Internet war with Kanye West, his own hapless attempts at picking up women, or the orgiastic excesses of Cold Stone Creamery, he makes for a persuasive rebuke to the bullies and the insult comics that crowd the comedy field. Not that Anzari is tame - like any major league comic, he can put wicked spin on a four-letter word. But Anzari relies less on attitude or outrageousness than he does the precision and the self-effacing charm of his voice.
Coming off of his phenomenal breakout year, Comedy Central is bringing critically-acclaimed comedian and actor Aziz Ansari (Parks and Recreation, Funny People) to the stage, where he’ll discuss topics ranging from sheets with fraudulent thread counts to the chubbiness of his young cousin, Harris, in this brand-new, one-hour stand-up special.

Ansari is an amazing conversational comedian. One of the few performers out there that you just enjoy listening to talk about any topic. This special could have easily been twice as long and I wouldn't have gotten bored.
