Audible Editor Reviews

Greg Giraldo, who tragically died in 2010 at age 44, showcases his brash and provocative brand of observational humor with A Good Day to Cross a River, a stand-up concert recorded in 2006 that offers fresh angles on well-worn comedic territory like religion, dating, and obesity.

Combining the social awareness of Bill Hicks with the urgent, whiskey-and-cigarette-tinged vocal stylings of Lewis Black, Giraldo takes no prisoners in his incisive and devastatingly hilarious takedowns of American culture and the mundaneness of everyday life.

    "Hilarious"

Greg's style keeps you laughing throughout. He can be crude and over the top but, if you can get past that, he's very funny.
