Great Classic
I don't believe I had ever read White Fang before, so this was a new experience for me. I have no idea why I have never read it and I'm glad that I listened. This was a fantastic book; I had no idea what I had been missing. A fantastic story with great characters and scenery. John Lee did a fantastic job narrating. I was hooked and listened to it over 2 days. I found it a little bit slow at the beginning, but I was intrigued and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Wish I Had Not Waited So Long!
Listened to White Fang with my 9 year old grandson. Amazing story. Jack London knew men and he knew dogs. John Lee's voice and narration is superb. Thanks!!!

Would you consider the audio edition of White Fang to be better than the print version?
I think they are about the same
What was one of the most memorable moments of White Fang?
The ice flow incident when he would not move and was saved

The chicken coup scene where he proves he is obedient and smart
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I think this book makes you get a realistic picture of men and how they treat each other and animals. It is both a little depressing and encouraging.

Amazing book
The story is so good. Jack London is a truly amazing writer and made me feel that I can understand the way wolfs or dogs or other animals can think. Such an incredible experience. John Lee did a wonderful job of narrating it. Really. Couldn't have asked for a better White Fang experience!

A Story of Survival, Love and Loyalty
A great book about survival, love and loyalty. I like Jack London's descriptive and poetic writing style; I will read more of his work. The narration performance was great by John Lee; his deep voice is well suited for this story of the wild. A wonderful American literature that's worth reading (or listening in my case) over and over again.

London’s masterpiece, masterfully read.
In this recording Jack London’s masterpiece is masterfully read by John Lee. John Lee’s voice is exactly how I would imagine Jack London’s voice to be, low, emotive, and masculine. The children and I listened to this in the car and found that we were gripped by the story and the voice. It is a perfect match. What a pleasure it has been to experience London through the talents of John Lee!
