In the 1920s, life in the South was far different from life in the North, as Sally Carol Happer finds out when she travels north, toward St. Paul, Minnesota, to visit her fiancé and attend the annual Ice Festival. Talk about a clash of cultures! There may not be enough money in the cold and not-so-hospitable North to keep Sally Carol there.
