Like every other hobbit, Bilbo Baggins likes nothing better than a quiet evening in his snug hole in the ground, dining on a sumptuous dinner in front of a fire. But when a wandering wizard captivates him with tales of the unknown, Bilbo becomes restless. Soon he joins the wizard’s band of homeless dwarves in search of giant spiders, savage wolves, and other dangers. Bilbo quickly tires of the quest for adventure and longs for the security of his familiar home. But before he can return to his life of comfort, he must face the greatest threat of all - a treasure-troving dragon named Smaug.

Narrator's character voices were great. The annoying part was the editing. There are times you hear where the narrator had stopped and started his sentences
I really enjoyed this story and the narration. Some of his voice choices for the various races were not what I would have imagined, but it is very well read all the same.
The Hobbit is an amazing book. My only complaint is that the narrator's singing is a bit... odd. I think he tries to hard and it just sounds weird.
Wonderful characterization for each of the characters brought the book into reality.a
He put so much life into each character, and I loved the songs.
I Loved it and want to listen to the next book. It had soo much action and was so exiting. The author really described the characters and that's an important part in the book.
I just hated his pronunciation of bifur and bofur. the story was fantastic and the narration was very pleasant. I finished it in a day
