Sentimental

There are some good stories included, but overall they definitely tend towards the sentimental. All of them together was a bit much for me. Particularly all the orphans having to earn people’s love stories. But it’s well-performed and if that’s what you’re in the mood for, you’ll enjoy it!

Good

I really like this book but was a little disappointed because usually in this authors books there is a lot of romance and I did not find that much so that was kinda disappointing

Good but for the narration

Includes the “A Merry Christmas” from Little Women,which is one of my favorite chapters in that book,but Susie Berneils’s narration of Beth and Amy’s voices are way too babyish,and you might think that Amy is seven instead of twelve,and Beth nine instead of thirteen.

Lovely collection of stories about country folks and Christmas!

These wonderful stories take you to the countryside among familiar people their wonderful stories that seem like familiar friends.

Vintage Christmas

This is a collection of classic Christmas stories. It’s one of my all time favorites. I read them every year. This is a wonderful audio version that I will listen to for many years to come.
