Captivating

The narration of this story was absolutely spectacular and kept me captivated the entire way. The dialects used were perfect for time period of which this story is for and really helped me imagine each individual. This story is way better than the movie. Well done!

it was ok

Bizarre how much this story was built up as essential American reading in elementary and middle school. I'm glad I listened to it to to get it out of the way and off my me tal to do list.

Good

Our son liked it very much. The narration was great but a little too fast so I set playback speed at 0.7 or 0.8.

Classic, with a perfect delivery.

When I need to close my eyes, I love a book and a voice that compliment each other. One of the best things about all of his works, is that there are always two stories; one to enjoy in the sleepy state, and one to debate over a cup of coffee.

The way the story was told.

I loved the story and the way the author pulled you into it. I also like how this book can be for any age group.

Truncated story at inappropriate times

Difficult to follow because so much of story edited out, no flow. Not a good summary. Would think audible would not offer such a terrible insult to Twain. How do I get a refund?

Very upsetting and misleading shame on audible. I love audible and was shocked to they would offer this book this way

Missing 90% of book

Good book and good narration. They somehow misplaced about 90% of the book however. you can't even comprehend anything going on as the story jumps so far
