Review of Persuasion read by Juliet Stevenson
I have read Persuasion many, many times but this is the first time as an audible book. I don’t know how to say this but this reading by Juliet Stevenson filled me with much joy. It almost was as if this was my first introduction to Persuasion.

I Am Persuaded
Jane Austen is my favourite author. I have read Persuasion about five times and it is always a joy to read. I also enjoy watching the BBC film production. I loved having it read to me this time by Juliet Stevenson, who was pitch perfect in my opinion.

Juliet Stevenson makes the book.
I have several audio versions of PERSUASION and like Juliet Stevenson's narration the best. Her characters are clear and easy to follow. Her reading speed is lively but not too hurried. I am now seeking out other books she has narrated.

Amazing book!!!
I have loved Pride and Prejudice for years and just have not gotten to read Jane's other books yet. This was my first other read of hers. So good!!! She definitely did not disappoint. I listened on audio so it was a little challenging to get into at first. Just because I struggle a bit with attention span when listening, but once I was acquainted with everyone the book began to pick up pace rapidly. I loved the narrator she did a phenomenal job. The combination of narrator and story made for a phenomenal experience. At the end I was almost brought to tears out of sheer joy. Amazing book!!!! I can't wait to dive into her other books.
