MORE TIM CURRY!!!
I have had a hard time listening to Jules Verne in the past so I probably wouldn't have listened... but... Tim Freakin' Curry! The performance made the book far more interesting. I've concluded that Tim Curry could recite the dictionary and I would listen.

Admittedly for me, anything Tim Curry does will probably get a five star, perfection rating... because I just adore him! This was pure wonderful entertainment! An old classic favorite of mine read by one of the most perfect talents ever to exist!

Best Told Story I've Heard
I own several audio books and there is none that I have listened to more than this version of Journey to the Center of the Earth.
Tim Curry is a master storyteller, breathing life and soul into the characters and each aspect of this Verne classic.

Great except the Main Character is a douche
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
If you like science expeditions, goofy old professors or adventure/discovery tales, this is totally up your alley. If not then I'd suggest you give it a shot anyway cause you might change your mind.
