Il manoscritto, datato XVI secolo, proveniente dalla Biblioteca di Monteripido, fu copiato da cinque (o sei) diversi amanuensi ed esibisce diversi ispanismi, alcuni vocalismi umbri e una notevole alternanza morfologica.
