I was happy to find that the adjective "twee" is still in use and even in the Urban Dictionary. It is exactly the word to describe these stories. The narration is just as sappy.
Yes, because she likes fairy tales/fables. I like fables as well and I liked the more sardonic tone of most of them.

The variety of different actors reading various stories kept me interested in how they individually performed each story. It was rather entertaining.
his morbid approach. i found the story line to be bad and not to my taste
change the material. After listening to Centerville Ghost, i thought Oscar Wilde would be a great listen. but i was sadly mistaken.
