strange story, great reading
The performance is very good, easy to listen to and to follow. The story is a bit strange obviously, but I enjoyed hearing the proper book after only having seen movies of it.

Interesting
I enjoyed the story. The performance was good except for the moments when the narrator reads quietly and suddenly shouts some characters' lines. In order to not be startled out of my skin, I had to keep the volume low, missing portions of the story (especially Alice's encounter with the queen).

Beautiful Nonsense
Would you consider the audio edition of Alice in Wonderland to be better than the print version?
I am not certain this is the first time I read Alice In Wonderland.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
Predictable but it wrapped up nicely
What does B. J. Harrison bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
All the accents and voices were great. The word Lory threw me though a Parrot? Harrison sounded more like a donkey.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
What Beautiful Nonsense! I kept changing so much did not know whether I was coming or going. But oh I laughed o I laughed.

I learned where so may English euphemisms come from.

Loved listening to this book!
This was our first audible book and we had a great time listening to the narrator during car rides. My daughter (3) loved the voices he made for each character and the songs he sang. Great experience!

Narration perfect. Alice is a logical school girl.
Better than the movie.
Audible is the perfect format.
If you thought you never liked or understood this story, listen to this BJ Harrison narration, he brings her to life.
So glad I gave it a chance, entertaining for all ages.

Great telling of a classic story
I really enjoyed B.J. Harrison's reading of Alice. He did an excellent job. That said, some lines get very loud. I couldn't tell if it was Harrison yelling in some parts or if it was just a poor recording, but be mindful of the volume when he does some of his voices (ex. the griffin). The story itself isn't one of my favorites but the story has nonetheless had a profound impact on literature and culture and should be a story we all familiarize ourselves with.
