"Excellent audio rendition of a classic tale"
Would you listen to A Christmas Carol again? Why?

I would happily listen to A Christmas Carol each year because it is a timely reminder to everyone that it's never too late to review your life...and do something about it. It was much better to listen to the original Dickens script than watch the sanitized and altered film versions. At least you learn why Scrooge became the man he did...it was quite sad.

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Christmas Carol?

Excellent narration and character roles portrayed in this audiobook especially when Scrooge realises he has made it through the night and can live another, happier life from hereon.

Which character – as performed by Michael Ward – was your favourite?

All the characters portrayed by Michael Ward were good especially the ghosts of past and present, but liked his Scrooge best.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

An excellent book to spend an evening listening to in one sitting, particularly Christmas Eve with a glass of wine and a mince pie, preferably sitting by the fire.

    Any additional comments?

I will look out for Michael Ward's audiobooks again, he has a natural talent for voices.
