Publisher's summary

From baby nurse to the stars, a step-by-step plan to managing sleep and feeding issues to survive - and enjoy - the first six weeks of your newborn baby's life.

Have you ever wondered why celebrities look so rested in such a short time after giving birth? The answer: baby specialists like Helen Moon. A baby specialist and professional nanny for the past 25 years, Helen has worked closely with hundreds of families, including some of Hollywood's biggest stars.

Helen knows that the first six weeks of a baby's life - when parents tend to be nervous, siblings are needy, and new babies need immediate and constant attention - has a huge impact on the entire family. Getting a baby on a sleeping and eating schedule is an achievable dream, and it's not a mystery. Helen's step-by-step plan shows new parents exactly how to integrate their baby into the family so that she will be able to sleep when she's tired, eat when she's hungry, and calm herself when she's fussy - self-regulating skills that will enable her to thrive for the rest of her life.

Assured that their babies are secure and happy, parents can confidently enjoy this most precious time of their baby's life, trusting their own instincts, and - most importantly - sleeping through the night themselves!

The most underrated baby book

Seriously life changing. No one has taught me so much about baby before. The popular beliefs are so wrong on so many levels. If you don’t want to make the mistakes everyone else is making, buy this book and pay attention to what it says. It’s literally gold.
You can choose to have a normal life or be chained to a baby 24/7. This book shows what sensible parenting is all about.
This is the furst review I ever wrote. 10/10 would recommend to my best friends and family.

LIFE SAVER

This is the first review I have ever left on anything! So, please believe me when I say, this book changed mine and my wife’s lives almost to mediately with our daughter.

A friend recommended this book to me and I started it about two or three weeks after my daughter was born. She was sleeping at most an hour or two at a time and you were out at our wits end. Because I drive so much for work, I was able to listen to the first several chapters of this book one day and then why would I have learned immediately. Who knew that by simply swaddling a baby they would sleep for several hours longer at night? We were simply clueless on feeding and sleep expectations that we noticed a change the very first night.

Our daughter is now two months old parentheses at the time I am leaving this review) and just last night slept wrong roughly 8 PM till 5 AM this morning UNINTERRUPTED!

Absolutely life saving.
