Perfect beginner Chakra audio book

This audio book is surprisingly helpful. It explain all the bases to get you started. If you want to touch on a topic more in depth, the internet is a great resource too. I’m excited to start this healing journey.

To begin with, Chakra Healing is a beautifully colorful book. It has wonderful photos, images and an easy to listen to the layout. It is a well-rounded book that covers all levels of your journey. I have already recommended it to all my friends and family and absolutely recommend it to you.

Nice book

If you want to learn about chakras and chakra healing then this is the book for you. Some of it was abstract but definitely had a lot of material on the science of it, various yoga poses for healing, kundalini, etc.

Amazing audio book for beginners

This is a great audio book for those who knew very little and want to learn about chakras (that would be me). It's extremely straightforward and well thought out. I listen the audio book in one sitting and continually go back to it for reference. I have also given this audio book out to a few friends and they've all loved it!

It was intense and very helpful.

In the beginning, it was simple and easy to listen to covering the basics of chakras and whatnot. Later, it picked up the pace and introduced new concepts such as auras, yoga poses and various other healing methods. It was intense and very helpful.

The crystal tree is beautiful. It arrived in a small box and I was able to adjust the limbs as I wanted! It is small and will be a perfect addition to my desk. It will be great to have the crystals around me.

I love learning about my anatomy. It's especially amazing that doctor's do not talk or tell their patients about their Chakra's and how very important the are to our everyday life. This audio book is excellent for those who would like to learn about healing the Chakras, and just what stones can aide in the process.
