I am thinking about starting my own website myself so this book seemed ideal from the description. This book contains vague sweeping comments that are no help what so ever. for example, "building a website will takes at least 3 months and cost you thousands of pounds"- dont think so! From the description it looked like a book that would help me but it contains no practical advice at all for me.
This book contains a lot of usefull information for successful ecommerce strategies. The voice of the narrator is also very good! Thank you Chloe & Matt for organising this material. Worku

After reading many books mostly written for the American market this was a breath of fresh air. Very informative, practical and easy to understand. I rate this amongst the top books on the subject and would advise those starting up an online business to read this book and the others in the series first. I would have saved myself a lot of time, money and misery had I found this book in the first place. Being British I found it more suitable for me but that is not to say that other markets would not find it as valuable as the internet is universal so whatever your country I would advise you to purchase this book to give yourself a head start. 10 out of 10!
