Publisher's Summary

Not getting the results you want from your career? Maybe it is time to do something different. It is time to think differently. The ideas in this book will not make you a marketing expert, but they will help you think like one - a guerrilla marketing expert. Like guerrilla warfare, guerrilla marketing employs creative tactics to win in a highly competitive environment and unforgiving landscape.

This is a real-estate marketing book written by a real-estate agent for real-estate agents. It provides easy, simple ways to integrate your marketing communications - from postal mailings to social media marketing. The book offers ideas on how to promote your real-estate business in an ever-changing environment and describes the best opportunities to find new business today as well as how to pursue it successfully.

To survive - or thrive - in today's dynamic marketplace, you must change not only what you do but how you think.

    "Complete waste of money"
Would you try another book from Don Phelan and/or James Conlan?

    No

Would you ever listen to anything by Don Phelan again?

    No

How did the narrator detract from the book?

    Boring speaker and Obvious information

    Any additional comments?

Says absolutely nothing new. Book is filled with obvious old info like "sellers should keep their homes clean for showings", "the internet is full of social media, like facebook and twiiter. Agents should take advantage of these and join social Media" Really?! 2 hours of obvious money sucking BS and worthless information. Narrator sounds like a 1950s infomercial seller. Its so bad, the writer obviously lacks integrity and is selling garbage.

This book provided such a small amount of information it could have been boiled down to 1 blog. Thankfully he told me that blogs exist.
