Boring speaker and Obvious information
Says absolutely nothing new. Book is filled with obvious old info like "sellers should keep their homes clean for showings", "the internet is full of social media, like facebook and twiiter. Agents should take advantage of these and join social Media" Really?! 2 hours of obvious money sucking BS and worthless information. Narrator sounds like a 1950s infomercial seller. Its so bad, the writer obviously lacks integrity and is selling garbage.
This book provided such a small amount of information it could have been boiled down to 1 blog. Thankfully he told me that blogs exist.
I am no collegiate scholar (yet) when it comes to writing a review about a book, but this book sure is worth my attempt.
This book is perfect for anyone with a desire to achieve success with a real estate business.
With a title like that, I had to purchase this book and see what was inside! I'm glad I did. Don did a wonderful job at presenting a wide array of tools, both old and new, and their potential uses in various forms of media as they pertain to real estate. James Conlan did a wonderful job at conveying the tone and delivering the message in a way that respects the book's title.
As I listened to the book through a second time, I began to realize a bit more about my own identity, my own history, my past career and what primary, deep-down asset from them I might contribute towards a successful real estate career.
If there is one thing I know, it is passion and Don shares his passion very well. After listening to this book, it became clear to me that Don's passion was about my success in real estate. Had I not done what he asked me to do at the end of his book, he may have never realized an opportunity to see how much of an impact his passion had on just this one man alone. I'm sure I'm not the first, but I definitely will not be the last. Thank you Don.

Everyone must find his or her own way. The idea behind Don's presentation and information is not necessarily to show exactly how to do a thing, but rather to encourage the reader to realize the vastness of opportunities and methods of achieving success in real estate. Dig the hole, plant the seeds, water them and make them grow.
HOW WOULD I USE THIS BOOK?
So, how would I use this book to the best of my ability to build a foundation for my success? It's quite simple, take the information and start digging. Digging is usually the first step towards laying any foundation that is meant to last. If this book and the information provided was to be an often-used tool, what kind of tool would it be? I think the information in this book would be a shovel.
This is my shovel. There are many shovels like it, but this one is mine. Without my shovel, I am useless; without me, my shovel is useless. In the same way I cannot force my shovel to dig, my shovel cannot force me to dig...
WHAT HAS THIS BOOK DONE FOR ME?
So far this book has helped me make the most of my induction into real estate. In it Don has done well to cover a glimpse of the various tools one can use towards personal achievement in real estate. It is far from using the plastic spoon I started out with.
What this book is not is a promise that anyone can pick up and go down the exact same path toward success, but the tools and principles for using those tools are pretty much the same. Take the tools and dig your own way. Place a shovel in another man's path, but you can't make him pick it up and you most certainly can't make him dig.
