Fantastic Read

I work for the federal government and I actually suggested, to my manager, that everyone in our division should read this book. Everybody already has what it takes to be a leader. They just need to find it and use it!

Excellent

Every business person...no....every person should read this book. It has so many great examples of how to put these ideas into practice that it makes it so easy! I was using the techniques before I even finished the book and already getting great results and making other peoples day better.

Great book, but I need more!

This is a must read, but it really needs a pdf to accompany it!
There are so many great nuggets, ideas, and principles I cannot fully retain it all driving using the audio. I'll buy the book too, but I feel the audio book would be better served by including a download able outline.
Once again I must reiterate. This is a great book Thank you for sharing this and teaching me how I can improve!

Short and to the point

What did you love best about You Don't Need a Title to Be a Leader?

The simple ideas were easy to digest and apply to my own life and career, as well as for my 17 year old to grasp. We listened to it together.

What does Mark Sanborn bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Professionalism in his voice and a sense of calmness.

Any additional comments?

It was rather short to be an audiobook, I thought. It was almost a podcast in length.

Must read for most people

Good book for developing people or anyone wanting to know how their role and going that extra mile can mean so much to other people and the important part it plays in every company. Good read for people who doubt themselves.

My previous manager made (yes made) me read this when I was getting frustrated with my career stagnation

Good insights and no longer stagnant!
