I found the communication style of the narrator very dry and very 'choppy'. The content was also dry and choppy. I didn't enjoy this book at all and kept skipping parts in the hope it would get better. It didn't. A long book that I couldn't finish. There are much better books on communication, with interesting stories and anecdotes and far better narration. I certainly wouldn't listen to any other book by the same narrator.
