Nothing you don't already know

Who do you think would benefit most from listening to Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking?

Worth the listen if you are in marketing - it's always good to let tips and tactics seep deeper into your subconscious, but the book is neither riveting nor profound by any means.

Enjoyed this book to the Max

While reading this book, I thought of all technology platforms for which I have been mainly working, and then I began realizing this book has single handily increased my understanding of word-of-mouth. I feel confident that the principles I have learned in this book will work on all platforms. This is one narrated book I'm glad I have bought. I have been influenced to buy the book as well. I especially enjoyed it because the narrator was upbeat and delivered as well. Don't let the aged look of the cover fool you. The information is yet relevant. I just moved into a new community in a new state and would like to meet people here and start something wonderful. Thank you for the new tools to add to my arsenal.

Absolutely trivial

Full of trivialities, nothing substantial, eye opening or relevant. Outdated taking into account the current scenario in Social Media.
