Dev Patnaik has a great message. I had heard him in person and was eager to read the book which I purchased at the event. To save time I downloaded the book to listen to. The reader made it sound like a children's story not a serious set of ideas. I was mortified by how bad it was. It was so painful I quit listening and read the book.

I believe in empathy and its role in building organizations. Actually, empathy is the real driver for the success of families, organizations and countries for that sake!
The book is surely entertaining, but the narrator makes it boring! I tend to drift away because of the low tone consistent voice.
I can surely relate to the content and do advise especially hard working managers that sometimes don't seem to understand where is the problem to read it. this is the missing link
