    "Probably better to read"

    The book works out to be a lot of rapid fire lists. Its hard to listen to and keep up with. I imagine that you would get more from it by readign the book and seeing the lists.

    I didn't think there was a lot of detail behind the lists, but some of the lists themselves are helpfull.
