I listen this book three times within four weeks. I never read boom twice!!!
The audio book was good, but I missed some of the exercises at the back of each chapter that were provided as part of the print edition.
The book was a good overview of 11 diseases leaders can have at any point in their career as they are growing their organization. Example: Arrogant Leadership, Huge Personality, Perfectionism, Pleaser, etc. The 11 diseases amplify with stress and some of us show more then others at certain points, the key is being able to acknowledge the disease and put them under control.
The author pitched the importance of coaching and mentioned he offered coaching in managing the 11 diseases as sometimes we have them, but no one within our organization is willing to share with us. He also referenced in the book charts, etc, to self evaluate and manage on your own.

If I could remember then put into practice this book I would rock.... Very well narrated and written - also entertaining a good "read"
